We’re located at 85 Northbourne Avenue, Turner, 2612 in the Australian Capital Territory on Ngunnawal/Ngambri/Ngario land. We occupy 5 units of the heritage-listed Havelock House building.

Great Facilities

Each unit has a kitchen, dining room, living room and storage room. There is a communal laundry. Residents are free to take/refill items from the storage room at any time.
Furnished Rooms

Most rooms include a sink and a mirror. All rooms include a closet and storage. A desk and a bed can provided.
Shared Spaces

All members have access to each other’s units. You might study in unit five, live in unit 15, have dinner in unit 16 and hang out in unit 4. You are welcome to come and go between units (just respect each other’s space).
Affordable Rent
Your only costs are:
- Rent - $180 / week
- Kitty - $60 / month
- Parking - $5 / week (optional)
Kitty goes towards things events, internet, bulk food orders and other unit improvements.
